Sidekick is designed for task initiation, focus support, and productivity.

However, users may voluntarily enter sensitive information into tasks, brain dumps, or parked thoughts. This may include information about health, mental health, relationships, work, finances, or other private matters.

We do not require you to enter sensitive information to use Sidekick.

Because Sidekick may be used by people who experience ADHD-style struggles, overwhelm, or focus difficulties, some app content could indirectly relate to health or mental wellbeing. We treat user-entered content with care and apply appropriate safeguards.

If you enter sensitive information, you explicitly choose to provide it for the purpose of receiving Sidekick’s features, such as task capture, AI suggestions, focus support, and reminders.

Sidekick uses AI to help turn messy input into startable tasks and suggestions.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should review AI suggestions before relying on them.

We do not use AI to diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice.

When you use an AI feature, relevant input may be sent to an AI provider, such as OpenAI, through our backend infrastructure. We aim to send only the information needed to provide the feature.

AI providers process data according to their own terms, data processing agreements, and security practices.

Where available, we configure AI providers so that app data sent through the API is not used to train or improve their models unless we explicitly opt in or you explicitly consent.

Sidekick may use automated systems to suggest tasks, prioritize tasks, recommend first steps, apply usage limits, or route users through app flows.

These suggestions are designed to support productivity and focus.

Sidekick does not make legally significant decisions about you.

You remain in control. You can edit, ignore, delete, or override AI-generated suggestions.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through the relevant app store if applicable.
